To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Day, the children began their day with Mindful Art activities, they then completed Yoga and a walk around the community and finished their day by relaxing and watching a movie with hot chocolate. Pupils discussed other ways in which they can relax their bodies and ways to deal with worries.
